What services do you offer?+

We offer photo retouching, product photo editing, automotive retouching (normal cut and complete cut), clipping path and masking, fashion and beauty retouching, and real estate photo editing including HDR blending and virtual staging.

Do you offer a free trial?+

Yes. Send us 3-5 sample images with your specifications and we'll process them completely free of charge within 24 hours. No credit card, no commitment, no obligation. It's the best way to judge our quality firsthand.

What countries do you serve?+

We serve clients globally across 20+ countries including the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Canada, Sweden, and many more. Our 24/7 availability means we work across all time zones.

How much do your services cost?+

Pricing depends on the service and complexity. Simple clipping paths start at $0.25/image, product retouching from $0.20/image, automotive from $0.30/image, fashion retouching from $0.50/image, and real estate from $1.00/image. We provide custom quotes based on your specific needs.

Do you offer bulk discounts?+

Yes. We offer volume-based pricing tiers - the more images you send per batch, the lower your per-image cost. Send us your estimated monthly volume and we'll provide a custom quote with volume pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and wire transfers. For recurring clients, we offer monthly invoicing with net-15 or net-30 payment terms based on volume and relationship duration.

Do revisions cost extra?+

No. We offer unlimited free revisions until you're 100% satisfied with the output. Our goal is to get it right - and if the first pass doesn't match your vision, we redo it at no additional cost.

What is your turnaround time?+

Standard turnaround is 24 hours for most services. Simple clipping paths can be delivered in 12 hours. For very large batches (10,000+ images), we provide a custom timeline. Rush delivery is available on request for time-critical projects.

How do I send my images?+

You can send images via email, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or FTP. For large volumes, we can set up a dedicated FTP server or connect to your cloud storage directly. Whatever is most convenient for your workflow.

Will I have a dedicated contact person?+

Yes. Every client gets a dedicated project manager who serves as your single point of contact. They learn your brand's style, manage your editor team, handle communication, and ensure consistency across all batches.

What's the difference between normal cut and complete cut?+

Normal cut retains the original road and shadows while replacing only the background with your dealer branding. Complete cut replaces everything - background, road, and shadows - with entirely new custom elements for a fully branded, showroom-quality look.

How do you ensure quality consistency?+

Every image goes through a multi-step process: specialist editor → senior editor QC review → style guide compliance check → final project manager approval. Our 90%+ employee retention rate means the same experienced editors handle your work over time.

How do you keep retouching looking natural?+

Our first rule is "don't overdo it." We preserve natural skin texture, birthmarks, and individual features. Every editor is trained to enhance, not transform - the result should look like a perfect version of the original, not a different image.

Can you match our existing style guide?+

Absolutely. Send us your reference images, brand guidelines, or sample retouched images. We'll assign a dedicated editor who studies your aesthetic. Your PM ensures every batch matches your standards perfectly.

What file formats do you accept and deliver?+

We accept all major formats: RAW, TIFF, PSD, JPEG, PNG, and more. We deliver in your preferred format with exact specifications - dimensions, DPI, color space, file size, and background color - whatever your marketplace or workflow requires.

What software do you use?+

We primarily use Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Lightroom CC with a range of professional plugins. All our software is fully licensed - we don't believe in piracy. We also use AI-assisted tools to speed up repetitive tasks while maintaining manual precision for detailed work.

Is my data secure with you?+

Yes. We use secure FTP for file transfers, maintain strict access controls, and are happy to sign NDAs. Your images are stored on secured servers and deleted after project completion upon request. Data security is a top priority.

Are your clipping paths hand-drawn or automated?+

All our clipping paths are hand-drawn using the Pen Tool in Adobe Photoshop. We never rely on auto-select or AI-generated paths for final output. Hand-drawn paths give pixel-perfect precision, especially on complex edges and transparency zones.

Can you do virtual staging for real estate?+

Yes. We digitally add realistic furniture, décor, and fixtures to empty rooms. It's far more cost-effective than physical staging and lets you show multiple style options for the same property. We can also convert daytime shots to twilight photos.

What is ghost mannequin / hollowman editing?+

Ghost mannequin (also called hollowman or neck joint) removes the mannequin from garment photos while preserving the 3D shape. We merge interior and exterior shots seamlessly, leaving a clean, hollow product view that shows how the garment actually fits.

Can you add our dealer branding to vehicle photos?+

Yes. We work with your specific branding guidelines - logos, background templates, color schemes, and watermarks. We can create custom branded backgrounds for your dealership and apply them consistently across all your inventory photos.
